Inner Well Nutrition

Privacy
Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Inner Well Nutrition collects and uses personal information when you visit innerwellnutrition.com, place an order, contact us, or choose to receive marketing from us.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Inner Well Nutrition is operated by Simone Cia, Flat 21 William House, Ringers Road, Bromley, BR1 1AF, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information covered by this Policy.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email privacy@innerwellnutrition.com.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order, we and our checkout provider may collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, telephone number, order details, delivery preferences, payment status and any information you provide when contacting us. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider within the hosted checkout; we do not receive or store your full card details.

When you browse the site, we may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and pages requested through our hosting and security systems. Our shopping cart also stores the selected product, quantity and public product details in your browser's local storage so that your basket can persist between page visits.

3. How we use your information and our legal bases

We use order and contact information to process and deliver orders, communicate about purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and manage returns or complaints. This is necessary to perform our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

We use information where necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations. We may also use limited information for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business and website, provided those interests do not override your rights.

4. Marketing consent

At checkout, you may be offered a separate, optional checkbox to subscribe to Inner Well Nutrition marketing emails. If you actively opt in, we will use your name and email address to send product news, offers, promotions and other updates about Inner Well Nutrition. We rely on your consent for this marketing.

Giving marketing consent is optional and does not affect your order. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by emailing privacy@innerwellnutrition.com. We will not sell your personal information or use it for marketing after you withdraw consent, although we may keep a minimal suppression record so that we can honour your preference.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only where needed to run our store and fulfil orders. This includes Hostinger Ecommerce, which provides the hosted checkout and stores the record of checkout marketing consent; our payment providers; Dropship Web Hosting, our UK fulfilment partner; delivery carriers; professional advisers; and authorities where we are legally required to do so. These providers may process information only to provide their services to us or meet their own legal obligations.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we will use an appropriate safeguard required by applicable data-protection law, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, normally up to seven years. We keep customer-service correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter and maintain an appropriate record. We retain marketing information until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we retain only the minimum information needed to ensure we do not contact you again.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use the essential cookies and browser storage below to provide the basket, checkout and cookie-choice features you request. These technologies are not used for advertising or behavioural tracking and do not require consent. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings, although doing so will remove your saved basket and ask you to make your cookie choice again.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as the pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions with the site. Our ecommerce measurement includes product-list views, product-detail views, product selections, basket additions, removals, basket views, checkout starts and completed purchases. Analytics is disabled unless you select “Accept analytics”. We rely on your consent for this processing.

You can accept, reject or withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. We remember your choice for up to six months, after which we ask again. Withdrawing consent prevents future analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site.

Checkout takes place on a separately hosted Hostinger page. Hostinger and the payment provider may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate checkout, process payment, prevent fraud and keep the transaction secure. Those technologies are controlled on their services and are covered by the Hostinger Cookie Policy, Hostinger Privacy Policy and the payment provider’s notice shown during checkout.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; restriction of processing; objection to certain processing; and portability of information you provided to us. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. To make a request, email us using the address above.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
